each with its own private entrance. Some have a front and back door
and a garden terrace.
Long term apartment leases are ideal
for business, and professionals who are on a St Lucia work assignment,
consulting, educational or vocational services. Situated in Vigie,
our executive apartment/townhouses are close to St. Lucia business
and government offices. The St. Lucia Price Waterhouse offices are
a block away from the apartments. The St. Lucia Vigie airport is
a 5 minute drive. The prime minister's residence is almost next door.
The St. Lucia Deep water harbour at Point Seraphine, is within walking
distance from Poinsettia Villa apartments. The Venezuelan and French
Consulate are both located in Vigie in a historic building now called
Casa. Here you will find a hairdresser and a quaint cafe "Friends",
famous for its delicious Roti. There are excellent restaurants as
well as several hotels, schools and shopping centers close to the
rental apartments and townhouses.
Taxi service, car rental companies and bus transport are readily
available to all tenants of the apartments and our office will be
pleased to help you arrange a long term car lease.
High speed wireless Internet is available at a cost of $40 EC per month.
All our St. Lucia Apartment Rentals, require
a full months deposit, which is refunded at the end of the lease,
less any damages to the apartments or property.

LONG TERM RENTALS: (Minimum stay three months )
A Deposit of one months rent to be paid on booking the apartment
.This is returned to the lessee on contract termination,providing
that the apartment is left in the condition in which it was found
